Before formally submitting an order and making a purchase on the Uaelvv independent store (hereinafter referred to as "this Store"), we implore you to carefully read and fully understand these Terms of Purchase. The moment you successfully submit an order and complete the payment process on this Store, it is legally deemed that you have unconditionally agreed to and fully accepted all the contents stipulated within these terms.

I. Product Information and Pricing

  1. Our dedicated team exerts maximum effort to ensure the utmost accuracy of all product images, textual descriptions, dimensional specifications, inventory statuses, and pricing displayed on this website for our crystal bracelets, wine glasses, and other items. However, due to the inherent, naturally formed variations in the texture, color, and internal structure of natural crystals, the bracelet you receive may exhibit minor visual differences from the website imagery; this is completely normal and expected. Furthermore, due to objective factors such as varying monitor color calibrations, slight color discrepancies between the digital images and the physical products may occur.

  2. All product prices listed on the website are strictly denominated in United States Dollars (USD). We explicitly reserve the right to unilaterally adjust product prices, modify promotional campaigns, or correct pricing discrepancies caused by systemic errors at any time, entirely without prior notice. If a catastrophic system technical failure results in an obviously and severely incorrect product price being displayed, we maintain the full legal right to cancel any orders containing the erroneous pricing and will promptly issue a full refund to you.

II. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

  1. When you select items on our website and complete the payment, you will promptly receive an automated order confirmation email. Please be explicitly aware that this initial email solely acknowledges that our system has received your order request; it does legally not constitute the Store's formal acceptance of that order.

  2. A legally binding purchase contract between you and Uaelvv is only formally established at the exact moment our warehouse successfully verifies inventory, completes physical quality control inspections, dispatches the goods, and subsequently sends you a formal shipping confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number. We reserve the full right to refuse acceptance of, or unilaterally cancel, any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to insufficient inventory, supplier stockouts, strict geographic delivery restrictions, or the identification of potential fraud risks. Should your order be canceled under such circumstances, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity via service@uaelvv.com and immediately initiate a full refund.

III. Payment and Settlement Security

  1. We proudly accept all major payment methods clearly listed on our checkout page, which prominently includes, but is not limited to, major international credit cards and highly trusted, secure third-party electronic payment systems (such as PayPal).

  2. Uaelvv absolutely assumes no liability whatsoever for any order delays or failed transactions resulting from your payment card issuer's refusal to authorize the transaction.

Title and Risk of Loss For all physical merchandise purchased directly from Uaelvv, the legal title of ownership and the total risk of loss or damage to the items shall permanently transfer from us to you (the buyer) at the precise moment we formally deliver the securely packed parcel to the designated logistics carrier. During the transportation of the goods and upon their arrival at the final destination, you are strictly required to adhere to the Store's Shipping Policy and Return Policy when handling any related matters or disputes.
